Unit 1 is a Luxury apartment suitable for 2 guests with amazing views over the dam. There is one bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with 2 showers and a Jacuzzi bath and fully equipped kitchen.

The pictures are just a teaser but when you do experience it is simply amazing! Ben and Mantoiné are amazing hosts with great attention to the small details. Our only regret was that 3 nights simply was not long enough to just chill and unwind in the great setting. Really enjoyed the experience and looking forward to the next!

Ben & Mantoine are the best. From the constant communication about arrangements weeks before we arrived, tips for activities to do, cleanliness of the house, notes around the house for ease of navigating & finding what we are looking for & much more. Will definitely be back.

Being hosted by Ben & Mantoine at Kosmos Heights was an amazing experience. Communication was excellent, the place was indeed as beautifully advertised. Everything (and more) you’d expect to be available in a self-catering space was indeed there.

The apartment is spacious, super clean and has spectacular views of the dam and rising sun from the living room, bathroom (with spa bath!), balcony (with built-in braai!) and bedroom. Everything you would need is provided. Ben and Mantoiné are indeed superhosts with excellent communication and they have spoiled us rotten with thoughtful little extras. We can recommend this splendid airbnb without any reservations.
